New International Roaming Restrictions in Russia
Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you about significant changes concerning International Roaming in Russia.
🔧 Key Information
Upon roaming onto a Russian carrier's network, SMS and Data services will be restricted for the first 24 hours.
Following this period, the restrictions will be lifted. However, if there is no activity from your mobile device within the next 3 days, the restrictions will be reapplied for another 24 hours.
This cycle may repeat if minimal activity is detected.
Additionally, restrictions may reset if you cross regional borders or switch networks, which could result in unstable connectivity.
Please Note: These restrictions will affect the delivery of Welcome SMS and Usage Alerts for International Roaming.

🚨 Important Information
Russia has been excluded from all International Roaming packages moving forward.
We expect potential issues with activating International Roaming while in Russia.
