The Upgrade Process (What to Expect):
We aim to make your upgrade as smooth as possible. Here's a quick overview of what generally happens:
- Check Eligibility & Choose a Plan: Confirm your address eligibility and select an eligible high-speed FTTP plan.
- Schedule Installation: We'll help coordinate an NBN technician visit to your property. Someone over 18 will need to be present.
- Installation Day: An NBN technician will install the fibre cable from the street to your home, along with new NBN equipment (Network Connection Device). This typically takes 2-4 hours.
- Activate & Enjoy: Once installation is complete, we'll activate your new FTTP service, and you'll be ready to experience the difference!
